Overview

The owner of an established industrial site commissioned us to produce a clear and accurate set of drawings to support the ongoing management of the property, and marketing of the units on the site. The brief focused on documenting the existing buildings in a way that could be easily understood by agents, tenants, and future consultants.

Approach

We prepared a full suite of measured drawings, including detailed floor plans for each individual unit and a coordinated site plan showing the wider site layout. The drawings were produced to a consistent standard, clearly illustrating unit boundaries, access points, and spatial relationships across the site.

Outcome

The completed drawing package provides the client with a valuable resource for day-to-day property management, marketing vacant units, and informing future development proposals.
