Park Road South / West Street, Havant

Overview

The freehold owner of an established block of retail properties commissioned us to produce a comprehensive set of drawings of the site to accurately document the existing layout. The brief included detailed floor plans for each individual unit, along with a coordinated site plan, to support ongoing management and future use of the site.

Approach

We prepared a full suite of measured drawings, showing the arrangement of each unit and their relationship within the wider site. The floor plans were developed to provide clarity on unit sizes, layouts, and communal areas, while the site plan illustrated access, boundaries, and overall organisation of the site. The drawings were produced to a standard suitable for marketing, record-keeping, and potential future planning submissions.

In addition to the production of the drawings, coordinating access to 20+ properties with approximately 30 separately tenanted spaces over a span of two days was required.

Outcome

The completed drawing package provided the client with a valuable resource for day-to-day property management, marketing vacant units, and informing future development proposals.
